Head of Talent Delivery

About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced, highly driven Head of Talent Delivery to lead our Talent Delivery function at ReWorks Solutions . This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing recruitment environment and knows how to balance people leadership, operational excellence and results. We need a confident, assertive leader with high emotional intelligence, strong commercial awareness and the ability to make decisions, challenge where necessary and drive accountability across the team. This is not a purely strategic or people-management role. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day operation, ensuring recruitment delivery remains on track, client expectations are managed and the team is supported to perform at its best. Requirements Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Lead, mentor, coach and develop a team of Talent Delivery Partners. Drive individual and team performance against agreed recruitment KPIs and delivery targets. Establish clear expectations, accountability and a high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and development discussions. Support and advocate for the team while confidently addressing underperformance. Lead by example, remaining actively involved in recruitment delivery when required.
