We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our accounting and finance team, reporting to the Director of Finance. This will be a key role in our accounting function. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and maintenance of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast results, and support strategic decision-making. Partner with operational leaders to understand business performance and translate operational drivers into financial outcomes. Analyze key performance indicators related to recurring revenue, labor costs, productivity, utilization, and profitability. Participate in preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, management presentations, and board reporting materials.
