TRANSFORMATION LEADER

At Rekluti, a consultancy specializing in tech talent in LATAM, we are looking for an Engagement Manager / Transformation Leader to drive large-scale software projects for our main international clients. You will be the strategic bridge between business and technology. In this role (Remote - LATAM modality), you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring consultative excellence, and tactically leading transformation committees. Your main challenges: Manage strategic stakeholder relationships, ensuring constant alignment and satisfaction. Tactically drive project decisions and monitoring committees. Guarantee consultative quality and excellence in all team deliverables. Control the scope of technological transformation initiatives, preventing deviations. Hard Skills (Mandatory Requirements): 7+ years of solid experience in transformation consulting, business processes, or technology. Proven experience in advanced stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to ensure deliverable quality, manage scope, and make tactical decisions. Power Skills: Adaptability to Change: Fluency in navigating changing business environments and readjusting expectations.
