Oracle Cloud Engineer

At Rekluti, a technology talent consulting firm in LATAM, we are looking for an Engineer with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience to drive large-scale software projects for our top international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and structuring cloud infrastructure and services using OCI technology, collaborating under agile methodologies in a 100% remote model (with the availability to travel or relocate to Costa Rica if the project requires it). Your main challenges: Design and execute support engineering on Oracle native cloud services, ensuring maximum stability and performance of the architecture. Manage, document, and report with technical rigor all evidence and tasks within the end client's institutional tool. Actively collaborate and iterate in agile frameworks (Scrum) and DevOps practices to ensure clean and efficient deployments. Ensure proactive handling of requirements and incidents within assigned service windows and on-call rotations. Hard Skills (Mandatory Requirements): Completed university bachelor's degree in Computer Science (certified degree). Solid and demonstrable technical experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) technologies and services. Current and online-verifiable Scrum certification (e.g., Scrum Foundations, SFC, SMC, ICP, etc.). Current and online-verifiable DevOps certification (DevOps Foundation, DASA DevOps Fundamentals, DEPC, etc.).
