Senior Instructional Designer Red Nucleus is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join our L&D team, with expertise in designing and developing engaging instructor-led and virtual workshop experiences. This individual will partner with clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to create learning solutions that drive knowledge, skill development, and behavior change. About This Role The Senior Instructional Designer role leads the design and writing of interactive, engaging, and creative learning solutions for life sciences industry professionals, across a number of modalities including live and virtual workshops. This individual will translate client goals, objectives, and strategy into effective learning experiences for target learners.
