We aspire to be the ideal ally for entrepreneurs, contributing to the development of the community, the country, and the planet. 💼 Responsibilities: Prospecting and placement of simple SME loans; portfolio management and client follow-up; sales closing under a monthly goal scheme; development of own commercial pipeline. 🎯 Essential Requirements: Verifiable experience in simple SME credit placement; having worked in banking, financial institutions, fintechs, or brokers, specifically in the SME segment; 100% commercial profile (hunter) with a focus on results; experience in meeting goals and managing variable compensation. 🚫 Profiles from other commercial industries or non-financial sales will not be considered. 💰 Offer: Base salary: 28,000 gross monthly (non-negotiable); uncapped commissions (current average: additional 20,000 to 30,000); superior benefits: food vouchers, major medical insurance, life insurance, additional benefits. 🌎 Work Scheme: Hybrid: CDMX and State of Mexico; Remote: rest of the Republic.
