The Software Architect designs Wellbase, Ready Computing ’s managed services suite for healthcare and social-care organizations, and remains hands-on through implementation. Wellbase provides hosting, monitoring, analytics, and security to keep mission-critical systems available, secure, and improving. This player-coach role involves designing and owning end-to-end solutions while leading a small delivery team. The work includes Wellbase’s agentic AI companion (Lucas), governed and auditable Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, policy and governance services, and product demonstration and staging environments. The role calls for curiosity about emerging technologies, confidence presenting architecture and tradeoffs to executives, and a strong sense of ownership.
