Control-M Systems Technician

You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and evolution of the Control-M platform, working cross-functionally with various technical and functional areas. Main responsibilities: Daily monitoring and supervision of the Control-M platform to ensure its availability. Incident management under SLAs, providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Participation in technical meetings with Control-M and other stakeholders in the technological environment. Development and maintenance of integrations between Control-M and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or others). Execution of daily healthchecks to verify platform status. Application of patches, upgrades, and technical improvements on Control-M. Support for planned activities and validation of executions, statistics, and historical data.
