POSITION SUMMARY: Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing teams, managing relationships and resolving payment and claims issues Review revenue cycle metrics and collaborate with internal and external billing partners to drive process improvement initiatives Lead and coordinate special projects, meetings, and cross-functional efforts to improve revenue cycle performance Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with state and federal billing regulations Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while addressing escalated billing and patient concerns DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or a related field 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience in a high-volume environment preferred Knowledge of healthcare reimburse
