R3 Lithium, Inc. () is a growing, private-equity-backed U.S. company operating in the rapidly developing battery materials and recycling industry. Our business includes the acquisition and processing of end-of-life lithium-ion batteries and battery materials and the production of recycled black mass and lithium carbonate. Controller Location: Remote Reports to: Chief Financial Officer Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience THE OPPORTUNITY The Controller reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for leading the Company’s accounting function and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of its financial reporting. This role will establish and maintain accounting policies, practices, procedures, and internal controls while overseeing the monthly close, financial reporting, audit, and statutory reporting processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical accounting expertise combined with significant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments and multinational organizations. This individual will be a hands-on accounting leader capable of building scalable accounting processes and controls as R3 grows its operations.
