We are looking for you! As a Specialist Advisor for the Sparkasse KIP department in full-time as parental leave coverage starting October 1, 2026. Your responsibilities: Supporting client advisors in problem, special, and escalation cases; Handling complex cases; Professional supervision of client advisors including coaching; Support in setting up and optimizing operational workflows with the aim of increasing productivity and efficiency; Professional evaluation of quality samples and derivation of measures to prevent errors; Conducting professional exchange rounds; Participating in daily operational business (telephony, back office) while adhering to agreed service and quality goals; Representing the team leader in their absence (managing front/back office, processing forecast files, acting as contact person for interfaces); Working from home possible.
