ITS Systems Engineer

Q-Free America is a leading provider of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) solutions that help agencies improve mobility, safety, and efficiency on our roadways. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Systems Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance Traffic Management Systems for clients across North America. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert, providing operational support, troubleshooting complex system issues, and ensuring the reliability of critical transportation technology platforms. What You'll Do Serve as a primary technical resource for Traffic Management System support and customer issue resolution. Respond to support requests through the ticketing system and support hotline. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, communications, and network issues related to traffic management platforms and ITS devices. Configure and maintain Traffic Signals, PTZ Cameras, Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), traffic detectors, and other ITS technologies. Manage incidents according to client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely resolution. Train agency personnel on Q-Free systems, products, and software features.
