Sales Director (North America)

Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth and market expansion in North America. Because this is a key territory operating across a time difference from our European headquarters, you will need to be a highly motivated self-starter with the autonomy and drive to build and lead a successful sales organization independently. You will scale and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals to evangelize our end-to-end solar development platform, playing a critical role in taking our ARR to the next level. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets across the North American solar and data center markets. Team Building & Scaling: Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team from the ground up, fostering a culture of quality and accountability in a remote environment. Executive Alignment: Create, communicate, and accurately forecast sales goals, ensuring C-level executives and global HQ are consistently informed on progress, pipeline health, and market penetration. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with key enterprise customers (Utility-scale developers, EPCs, hyperscalers, and data center developers).
