ABOUT THIS ROLE Responsible for maintaining high standards of survey programming and data delivery, the Survey Programmer (SP) will be a strong all-rounder in survey programming and data processing. The role requires solid experience in Decipher scripting and the ability to independently handle complex projects and higher volumes of work. The SP will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, high-quality, and error-free delivery while following client standards, best practices, and internal processes. The role also requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead survey programming for assigned clients and manage projects independently to ensure timely and quality delivery. Script surveys in Decipher, review questionnaires, implement quotas and troubleshoot survey-related issues.
