Operating Executive Program As an Operating Executive with Prospect, you will collaborate with our investment team to identify and pursue attractive acquisition opportunities across the U.S. Following a successful transaction, you will step into the role of President & CEO of the acquired company, taking full ownership of strategy and operations. In this capacity, you will be accountable for overall P&L performance, designing and executing growth initiatives, and leading the company’s day-to-day operations. As the senior-most executive within the business, you will partner closely with Prospect and the company’s board of directors, playing a central role in shaping the company’s long-term direction and value creation.
