Junior Onboarding Project Manager (remote in Poland)

This is a remote position. We are looking for a Junior Onboarding Project Manager to join our Onboarding Team. The role In this role, you will play a key part in successfully bringing our new clients live . You will work closely with international customers and collaborate with colleagues who are experts in project management and travel-tech. You will also gain constant exposure to our innovative solutions. This will give you a unique opportunity to strengthen your organizational skills, build expertise in client onboarding, and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. What you'll actually do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Manage all onboarding tasks to a high standard for assigned projects, from assignment to go-live. Work closely with the Pre-Sales Manager to raise development requests, manage future feature ideas in the Ideas Bank, and coordinate new connection requests. Take ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, and provide accurate, timely reporting on progress. Collaborate with team members to support the achievement of company goals.
