About the Opportunity Professional Physical Therapy is seeking an AI & Automation Developer to build practical tools that simplify everyday work across our clinics and corporate teams. In this role, you will develop conversational agents, automate repetitive processes, and connect employees with the information and systems they need through Microsoft Teams. You’ll work closely with our technology leadership and business partners to turn operational challenges into reliable, easy-to-use solutions. Your primary focus will be Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and integrations with internal systems. You will also use Microsoft SQL Server to support those solutions, with opportunities to deepen your technical skills through mentorship and hands-on development. We’re looking for someone who enjoys asking, “Could we make this easier?”—and then building the solution.
