Customer Success Specialist

About the Role As a Customer Success Specialist , you will manage and develop relationships with your own group of international clients and help them get the most value from PRNEWS.IO . This is a client-facing role with a strong commercial focus. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, support them throughout their campaigns, encourage repeat business and identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships. What you’ll do Manage and develop relationships with your assigned international clients. Build long-term customer relationships through email, calls, messengers and other communication channels. Understand clients’ businesses, goals and needs and recommend relevant products and solutions. Support customers throughout their campaigns and make sure they have a smooth experience. Proactively monitor customer activity, identify potential issues and address them before they become problems. Encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Recommend relevant products, services and promotions based on customer needs. Work towards sales, retention and customer growth KPIs. Keep customer information, activities and follow-ups accurate in the CRM. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and other teams to improve the customer experience.
