Enterprise Systems Manager

About the Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Systems (and supported by the CTO in the Director's absence), the Enterprise Systems Manager is a hands-on, delivery-focused role at the centre of Prescient 's enterprise technology function. Prescient 's systems landscape is in a period of real and exciting change. We have recently implemented a new PSA platform, are actively developing our Salesforce capabilities, and are building the integrations and data foundations that will underpin how we operate as a business for years to come. The Enterprise Systems Manager will play a central role in shaping and delivering that agenda. This is a role for someone who gets things done and thinks about what should be done next. You will own the day-to-day administration and health of our core systems, including Salesforce, CMap, BambooHR, Sage Intacct and Concur, while actively driving improvements, identifying where AI and automation can reduce friction, managing change and training, and helping the business get more from its technology investment. As the Director's focus evolves towards product strategy and roadmap ownership, the Manager will take on increasing operational accountability, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with ambition, initiative and a genuine interest in how systems and processes can make a business better.
