Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Platform Management (80%) Design & Implementation: Design and deploy robust IT infrastructure platforms to support critical business applications, ensuring seamless integration with US-based client systems. Performance Optimization: Analyze complex performance trends, identify potential risks, and propose systemic optimizations. Capacity & Budgeting: Lead capacity planning initiatives and provide technical rationale for procurement budget planning and specifications. R&D and Innovation: Research emerging technologies to evaluate and propose innovative solutions and iterative system upgrades. Automation & Integration: Design complex scripts to automate routine tasks and optimize existing infrastructure tools and resource integration. Security Assurance & Continuity (20%) Threat Mitigation: Safeguard infrastructure by deploying robust security measures, managing patch updates, and designing response strategies for identified vulnerabilities.
