Head of Human Resources

The Head of Human Resources will lead the organization's overall people strategy, ensuring that HR policies, programs, and organizational capabilities support business growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, overseeing the full spectrum of human resources across multiple business locations. The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in large-scale, multi-site organizations, with the ability to drive organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and change management across a geographically distributed workforce.
