Senior Retail Customer Specialist in the Team

In our team on a daily basis: you actively sell retail banking products (cash loans, personal accounts, credit cards) in a remote model, build customer relationships via phone, video calls, and chat, achieve sales goals that translate into your compensation (bonus system), ensure excellent customer service quality by offering needs-based solutions, maintain activity records in the CRM system, and continuously monitor the achievement of your goals. This position could be yours if: you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial product sales (in a branch or contact center), you are digitally fluent – proficient in operating CRM systems, videoconferencing tools, and mobile applications, you are goal-oriented and skilled at building customer relationships, you value independence and navigate well in a dynamic and demanding environment, you have a secondary education, with higher education preferred (economics, finance, insurance).
