Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Training and Development Associate. This position will be 100% remote. This position will perform the following duties but not limited too: Prepares and/or conducts training programs of a non-technical nature, teaches classes, holds seminars and discussion groups. Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
