POSITION SUMMARY: This role is responsible for consulting with Penske Collision for the implementation and facilitation of projects and programs that address Collision’s unique talent development needs. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with a passionate, progressive, and high-impact team. You will form strong internal partnerships with all levels of leaders as you look to understand their business and challenges and develop programs that make a difference for our associates. Qualified candidates for this role will have at least 3 years of prior adult learning and development experience, as well as facilitation and instructional design experience.
