In this role, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle, demonstrating platform value proposition as well as helping ensure customer enablement and satisfaction. Please note, this is not a US-based position and applicants from the Toronto are preferred. Requirements YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and present platform demonstrations to potential customers and partners. Conduct open-source investigations to develop use cases to be showcased Produce detailed intelligence (OSNIT) reports – both independently and at the request of sales, customers, etc. Monitor and report on open-source (ie social media) changes including but not limited to new platforms and restrictions within existing ones Work closely with customers to unde
