Senior Accountant – NetSuite Pro | Remote Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Senior Accountant – NetSuite Pro to own day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities, including real estate development projects, operating companies, and personal investment structures . This is a high-trust, execution-heavy accounting role for someone who is deeply hands-on with NetSuite and can independently maintain clean books, complete reconciliations, execute close cycles, and produce reliable financial reporting. You’ll work closely with leadership, the VP of Asset Management, a Fractional CFO, and external accounting partners to maintain financial accuracy across a complex multi-entity environment. This is not a supervisory or theory-focused role. You’ll be expected to do the accounting work directly, accurately, and consistently with minimal hand-holding. What You’ll Own Core Accounting & Close Execution Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger records Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare recurring and adjusting journal entries Own month-end and year-end close processes Generate and review: Balance sheets Income statements Entity-level P&Ls Supporting financial schedules Investigate discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly Ensure financial records remain complete, accurate, and current Multi-Entity Accounting Manage accounting across multiple leg
