Position Overview Pathways is hiring a Clinical Program Manager to organize and manage complex, interrelated program and contract-support activities for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This position coordinates project tasks, clinical and operational workgroups, documentation and template updates, coding guidance, system compatibility, stakeholder engagement, and compliance activities supporting virtual health services. The Program Manager provides senior-level project management and technical guidance and works directly with clients, VA leadership, clinical teams, business owners, technical personnel, and contractor staff to define goals, formulate task plans, review deliverables, identify opportunities, and improve program efficiency. VA experience is preferred; direct virtual health, Remote Patient Monitoring, or Home Telehealth experience is strongly preferred. Jo
