eLearning Specialist (Volunteer)

Position Summary In this role, the primary responsibility is to support the Training Team in a Volunteer/Intern capacity. This role will assist with developing, implementing, and managing eLearning programs that support our educational and training objectives. You will collaborate with learning experience designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective online learning content. Design and develop eLearning courses using industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate) Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives. Create multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, audio, and video, to enhance the learning experience. Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user management, and reporting. Ensure all eLearning materials comply with accessibility standards and best practices. Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure functionality and compatibility across devices and platforms. Analyze learner feedback and assessment data to evaluate the effectiveness of eLearning programs. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in eLearning and educational technology.
