Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Electronics Security Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will support and lead the design of complex Electronic Security Systems (ESS) for our Department of Defense, Army Corp of Engineers and Department of State customers. What You'll Be Doing: Experience designing and reviewing designs of Electronic Security Systems solutions from initial concept, through site survey, through design phase and to release for construction (RFC). Interpret customer statements of work, specifications and requirements and transfer those into ESS design meeting all requirements. Work with CADD designers in developing construction documents and complete bills of materials. Work with Project Manager to understand required engineering deliverables and requirements. Work with Network Engineering to review network topologies. Review heat load calculations and power load calculations. Assist project manager in planning and scheduling work packages. Apply existing knowledge base to rapidly obtain proficiency on newly develop
