Key Responsibilities Support recruiters in reviewing and assessing candidate applications and resumes to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential falsifications Review and analyze background check verification results to identify any discrepancies or falsifications Provide verification results to applicable recruiters and team members, and adjudicate all background check records according to company standards Confer with recruiters and talent acquisition leadership to determine appropriate adjudication status for discrepant findings Liaise with Human Resources Business Partners and Legal on complex matters that require escalation beyond standard adjudication protocols Train new talent acquisition team members on credentialing programs, processes, and technology systems Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned Candidate Profile You'll t
