This role serves as a strategic partner to business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring application enhancements, production support activities, and technology initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with expertise in business analysis, application delivery, Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, production support, and vendor management. This position works closely with business partners, Product Owners, developers, QA teams, architecture, Information Security, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, scalable technology solutions while maintaining application stability and operational excellence.
