We don't just process paperwork, we make sure every property damage estimate is fast, precise, and fully optimized to eliminate profit leakage and compress the claims cycle. How You’ll Make a Difference Turning Data into Dollars: You will transform raw field notes, sketches, Matterport scans, and scope photos into highly accurate, defensible line-item property damage estimates within Xactimate, ensuring no revenue is left on the table. Winning the Supplement Battle: You will meticulously analyze original carrier estimates against actual site conditions to draft comprehensive, evidence-backed supplement packages that justify necessary project costs. Bulletproofing the Documentation: You will compile and organize crucial supporting evidence—including moisture logs, psychrometric data, and labeled field photos—to ensure strict compliance with carrier guidelines and seamless audits. Driving the Claims Cycle: You will proactively manage workflows and systematically follow up with insurance adjusters to accelerate approvals, keeping restoration projects moving forward without delay. Requirements Is This You? An Xactimate Specialist: You have at least 2–5 years of hands-on experience drafting mitigation and reconstruction estimates inside Xactimate (X1 or Online). If you have an Xactimate certification, that's a massive
