What You’ll Do As a Partnerships Program Specialist, you own a pipeline of veterinary practices and you're measured on enrollments. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you'll spend your day on the phone and in your inbox positioning Otto 's free partner programs to clinic owners and decision-makers, handling objections, and walking prospects through the enrollment workflow and terms of service until they're signed up. Enrollment is only half the job — you'll also drive each practice to complete integration with our data partner, since clinics only count toward quota once they're fully integrated. This is a sales seat. You'll need to quickly build rapport with veterinarians and practice managers, tie our programs to outcomes they care about, work past the usual stalls ("send me something," "not right now," "we'll think about it"), and ask for the enrollment.
