About the role: The Senior Specialist, Network Recruitment role plays a crucial role in maintaining network adequacy and fostering growth through administration of new provider contracting lifecycle. This involves supporting the development and implementation of market strategies through diligent and thorough management of Oscar 's in-flight provider contracts data. The Senior Specialist, Network Recruiting role specialist ensures seamless operations and cultivates strong relationships via collaboration with internal departments and external providers to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of new provider contracts. You will report into the Manager, Network Recruitment. Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. Your daily work will involve a blend of work from your home office and frequent local travel for client meetings. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company event
