Software Engineer IV

Position Overview The position is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise DevSecOps capabilities across on-premises and Microsoft Azure environments. This role partners closely with Solutions Architecture, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Application Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, automated, and maintainable solutions. This position will support the implementation of DevSecOps platforms, automation frameworks, application security capabilities, cloud technologies, and engineering best practices that support secure software delivery and operational excellence. In addition to hands-on engineering responsibilities, this position provides technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to software and DevSecOps engineers while driving continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle. Major Activities (Typical Duties/Responsibilities) Collaborate in the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise DevSecOps platforms and services. Partner with development, infrastructure, and platform teams to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting application and infrastructure deployments in hybrid and Azure cloud environments. Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of application security capabilities, including SAST, SCA, DAST, vulnerability management, secrets management, and software supply chain security. Work with engineering teams to develop and maintain Infrastructure a
