Project Coordinator(s) (M/F)

Your Role and Responsibilities: Within a team composed of production engineers, project managers, and other project coordinators, you will ensure the operational management and coordination of the projects assigned to you. Acting as a true interface between clients and technical teams, you represent the first level of operational management and support engineers in handling requests and priorities. You are the primary point of contact for various stakeholders. In this capacity, your main responsibilities will be: Managing projects while ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope, resources, and deliverable quality. Ensuring coordination between technical teams, clients, and various project participants. Guaranteeing the proper application of project management methodologies. Leading discussions with stakeholders and providing regular reporting on project progress. Identifying risks, escalating alerts, and proposing necessary corrective actions. Handling the financial monitoring of projects, notably through P&L management.
