About the Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Hiring Manager to support the Head of Talent Experience & Development in leading our recruitment function. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee day-to-day hiring operations, assign requisitions, manage recruiter workloads, conduct interviews, ensure hiring quality, and step into sourcing when needed. As you grow into the role, you'll gradually take on more leadership responsibilities, helping drive team performance while maintaining an active role in recruitment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day recruitment process across multiple client roles. Assign and prioritize requisitions based on business needs and team capacity. Manage, mentor, and support Recruitment Admins to ensure quality and productivity. Conduct interviews and assess candidates against client requirements.
