We help marketers recognize anonymous shoppers and act on that insight across email, SMS, advertising and analytics. We are bootstrapped, profitable, beyond USD 10 million in ARR, and serve close to 1,000 customers with a team of about 65. Our team works across more than nine countries. We are hiring our first IT Manager. You will own identity and access, devices, our software inventory and the IT controls in our SOC 2 program. You will work directly with our Director of Business Operations and People and our CTO, and your work will shape how securely and efficiently the whole company runs. This is not a help-desk role. You will close an access gap today, write the policy behind it tomorrow, and automate it next month. What You Will Own Our identity provider, SSO and MFA across Google Workspace, Slack and our business tools. Onboarding and offboarding for employees, contractors and agency partners in many countries, including same-day access removal. Quarterly access reviews and the evidence that proves our controls work. Device standards, device management and endpoint security. A complete inventory of our software and vendors, and the consolidation that removes duplicate tools and cost. The corporate IT controls inside our SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 program.
