Position Summary We are hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to work in our Operations team. This position reports to Director -BioGas Operations and Delivery will work remotely from home, with periodic travel to operating facilities nationwide, estimated 50%. This position is responsible for providing centralized operational performance leadership to improve production, reduce losses, optimize costs, and increase operational consistency across the Biogas fleet. The Continuous Improvement Engineer serves as the owner of fleet performance measurement, operational analytics, loss accounting, benchmarking, scorecards, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position works closely with Operations, Reliability, Process Engineering, and Controls to identify performance gaps, develop improvement strategies, and drive sustainable operational excellence across the fleet.
