We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Cash Management product portfolio (Boleto, Pix, Bill Payments). As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, mapping the product roadmap, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative embedded finance solutions that meet our customers' needs and business objectives. We expect you to help us: Execute the product strategy for our cash management products, ensuring they meet market needs and business objectives. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to develop and launch products effectively. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the sector. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, defining and refining product requirements and acceptance criteria. Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform future decisions.
