Job Description Summary: This is a provisional, temporary position with an anticipated duration of six (6) months. Employment in this role is expected to end at the conclusion of the assignment unless extended based on business needs. This role is remote and will require consultant to be on site at the OhioHealth David P. Blom Administrative Campus occasionally. Consultant must live in the state of Ohio. As part of the OhioHealth Talent Acquisition team, the Consultant role is primarily responsible for recruiting roles within one or more functional areas. Occasionally, the Consultant may be expected to recruit roles that are of an elevated visibility, high volume, and/or difficult-to-fill, through the execution of local and national recruiting plans, employment of contemporary sourcing strategies and resources, and utilization of new, creative recruitment approaches. This role will execute searches against agreed upon timelines, set benchmarks, and utilize metrics to prioritize their work.
