Not their client files. Their own books. You will produce the debtor list and the creditor reports the Directors rely on, allocate disbursements across the practice's jobs, support the fortnightly payroll run and pick up month end from the first working day of each month. You will also book the Directors' travel and accommodation as it comes up. The practice has an office manager who has simply run out of hours. You are not replacing her. You are taking the finance half of her job so it gets done properly rather than last. That means you will be shown the practice's way of doing things once and then left to run it.
