Job Overview We are seeking a multi-skilled Product Marketing & UX Project Manager to lead product strategy and project execution. This individual will be responsible for market positioning, user experience design, Agile/Waterfall project management, and writing epics/user stories to drive product success. This role requires deep expertise in SaaS product management, digital experience design, and cross-functional team collaboration to bring NexGen Virtual Workplace to market and enhance customer engagement. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Market Strategy & Positioning Define go-to-market strategies for NexGen Virtual Workplace Develop product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis. Work with marketing and sales teams to create value propositions and product launch plans. Gather customer insights and market trends to refine the product roadmap. 2. UI/UX Design & User Research Lead UX/UI strategy, ensuring seamless user experiences. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications. Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation. 3. Agile & Waterfall Project Management Manage product development using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Write Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Work with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize and execute sprints.
