Advanced Analytics Developer Senior

What We Offer As an Advanced Analytics Developer Senior, you will design, develop, and deploy complex analytics solutions that transform data into meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making across Novant Health . Using modern technologies such as SQL, Python, Databricks, Azure, and Power BI, you will build scalable solutions spanning data extraction, transformation, modeling, automation, visualization, testing, and production support. In this role, you will lead complex development efforts, make key technical and design decisions, and partner with business stakeholders and leadership to deliver scalable analytics solutions. You will also mentor less experienced Analytics Developers while ensuring solutions meet high standards for quality, security, performance, documentation, and reliability.
