POSITION SUMMARY As a member of the DTC eCommerce Sales team, the Digital Merchandising Lead will assume responsibility for organic content strategy and updates across eCommerce channels. They will ensure all content is accurate and optimized for user experience, as well as aligned to the needs of each specific channel. Beyond executing updates, they will work with cross-functional stakeholders across brand marketing, web, sales, and creative/regulatory to ensure all content is brand-safe and optimized for search engines and agentic models. The ideal candidate will bring a strong interest in evolving digital media technology, as well as a strategic mindset and bias for action. They will bring an analytical mindset, understanding how engagement and conversion metrics are impacted by content strategy.
