Dayforce Implementation Consultant

Job Title: DayForce Implementation Consultant Job Summary Next Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support the successful deployment of Ceridian DayForce solutions across a variety of clients. This role participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support. The Consultant is responsible for gathering requirements, configuring the solution, managing expectations, identifying risks, and communicating effectively with the Project Manager and client stakeholders. The role may also provide Organizational Readiness consulting and guidance to Associate Consultants. We are very open to candidates who have implementation experience in a different HRIS system and are excited and ready to be cross-trained and certified in DayForce. This role can be fully remote, or hybrid in Dallas, Texas. Job Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely, on-budget delivery Lead client discovery sessions, document business requirements, and map them to DayForce functionality Configure Ceridian DayForce modules to meet client needs Facilitate solution design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, training, and deployment activities Conduct consulting sessions (phone, video, or in person) and prepare meeting documentation Attend internal project meetings and provide updates on tasks, deliverables, and risks Advise clients on DayFo
