About The Role As the Corporate Commercial Marketing Manager for Asia, you will serve as a strategic architect of regional growth. Your mission is to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and tactical execution, driving profitability through sophisticated pricing models, rigorous negotiation, and cross-functional leadership within the semiconductor ecosystem. What you will do Strategic Optimization & Analysis Drive Profitability: Lead regional initiatives to enhance pricing structures, capture market share, and maximize bottom-line margins. Advanced Modeling: Develop and implement "scientific" pricing models and data-driven simulations to underpin tactical and strategic commercial scenarios. Commercial Strategy: Define and propose strategic directions for "non-pricing" commercial levers to gain a competitive edge. Business Intelligence: Architect and deploy advanced reporting frameworks to empower commercial marketing and quoting centers. Commercial Execution & Negotiation Regional Negotiations: Spearhead complex RFQ negotiations with major OEM and EMS partners across the Asia region. Pricing Governance: Communicate and execute Pricing Board mandates across Business Groups (BGs) and Global Sales Management (GSM). Operational Excellence: Streamline and optimize end-to-end pricing and quoting workflows to increase organizational agility.
