Role Support ongoing client relationships and make follow-up commitments visible and accountable. Key responsibilities Coordinate service requests, client updates and results-review meetings. Maintain accurate CRM records of decisions, risks and next steps. Escalate delivery needs and identify suitable growth opportunities for Sales. Required qualifications Account coordination, client success or B2B service experience. Professional spoken and written English and calm problem-solving. Strong CRM documentation, follow-up and relationship-management skills. Preferred qualifications Recurring-services, managed operations or agency experience.
