The position focuses on ensuring correct integration and functionality between SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and SAP ECC, with active participation in testing to ensure quality and process continuity. Key Requirements: Advanced experience in Employee Central Payroll (configuration, payroll calculation, and payroll processes). Solid knowledge of Employee Central to understand and manage integration with ECP. Hands-on experience in SAP ECC, especially in its interaction with payroll and HR modules. Solid experience in managing and troubleshooting EC-ECP-ECC integrations, driving resolution between specialized teams. Experience participating in functional and end-to-end testing, ensuring configurations and integrations work as intended. Ability to drive incident resolution and ensure compliance with deadlines. Highly desirable: Experience in payroll projects or support in Mexico and/or countries such as Colombia, El Salvador, and Guatemala; Peru is considered a plus. Assignment Country: Mexico.
