Then you will fit perfectly into our team! 💚 As a (Senior) SAP HCM Consultant PY (m/f/d), you will be a reliable advisor to our clients for all questions related to the SAP payroll module, making a decisive contribution to the success of their HR digitalization—all without having to give up the comfort of your home office 🏡 Your responsibilities: You are responsible for the planning, conception, and implementation of our client projects, realizing their requirements within the payroll module. In doing so, you will create requirement concepts, lead and coordinate their implementation, and organize client workshops and training sessions. You support our clients with new implementations, such as EC Payroll, transitions to SAP HCM for S/4HANA, and application management projects. You take responsibility for your specialized subject area and mentor your colleagues. Requirements: You have successfully completed your studies or vocational training in a commercial or technical field. Over the past 2–3 or more years, you have gained experience and expertise in payroll with SAP HCM and/or EC Payroll, and you possess very good knowledge of SAP payroll.
